| You have to load both files: the Graphic and the HTML
file in your Stationary folder. To download the graphic: Right click on the image and "save as" to your stationary folder (usual location
C:/Program Files/Common Files/Microsoft Shared/Stationary )
Then click on the image, the stationary will open as a new HTML page. Because you are opening
this with a browser and not Outlook, it will not look correct, don't worry. Just click on "File" on your browser toolbar and "Save as" the HTML to the same folder
as the image. Once that is completed, just select your newly down loaded stationary from the Outlook menu. Want to learn to make your own stationary? Check out the tutorial .
